at home with Jeannelle aka Aaliyah
Antioch, CA 2011
On Wednesday afternoon, I drove to Antioch to photograph Jeannelle aka “Aaliyah”, a dancer at the Roaring 20’s, and her sassy 4 year old daughter, Kamora. I’m hoping to add another layer to the story by spending some time with the dancers away from the club to get a glimpse of what their ‘real lives’ are like.
